Makes cutting cakes SO much easier with its length.

It was love at first sight before I ever bought this night, and when I received it, I was even more in love. It works like a charm, smooth cuts, very little crumbing. I just love it! I do wish it came with a sheath of some sort, but it doesn't say it does, so it's not lacking anything. Great price for a great product in my opinion.

I bought this specifically to cut sourdough. Regular knives make it a chore. This knife has now cut dozens of loaves of soudough, and has made the process quick and easy. This knife is an amazing bargain.

It feels good but not what I was expecting from Mercer.Very sharp but the blade feels a bit too bendy. Going to get a different one.

Too bendy and flexible, a small challenge to keep the blade on track when cutting. I’m not a fan of the material used for the handle, it’s not the usual hard plastic but more of a soft grip material. In my experience this type of material will decompose after a while and develop a sticky feel. On another note, this knife is so sharp it cut into my cutting board with minimal force.

I like the knife it is perfect to cut the only thing you need to be careful because you can hurt your hand or fingers cutting something because it is very sharp.

Love this knife! Perfect for crusty artisan style breads and more! Just be careful bc it is very sharp! Tuck those fingers in or you might lose some skin.
