Does not have swivel attachments
Can't take the strap off easily and doesnt stay in place. These would be nice for your Grandpas gun.

Can't be used with swivels
In the little "frequently purchased with" block it has this sling with some 1" swivels so I purchased both assuming that the swivels weren't sewn in like some are. However that is extremely misleading as this sling cannot be used with swivels. I have some other Butler Creek Slings that have been great products but this was very misleading and disappointing. Sending it back and it was meant to be a gift.

Doesn't attach to swivels
You can not put a swivel on this sling and no where does Butler Creek or Amazon tell you this in the description, the sling has to be looped over the barrel and stock, useless.

Make certain the sling is what you need.
This appears to be an excellent sling and is of good quality. The product discription,however, is misleading. The sling I purchase was not designed to be utilized with quick detach swivels. The sling was designed to be used without swivels. The product discription does not state this. It only states that the sling can be purchased in options with QD swivels already with the sling. Since I already had QD swivels I didn't need them, just the sling. Unfortunately, no where does this product state that. The Butler Creek website is useless and offers no additional information. I have tossed the packaging and the return receipt and am now stuck with a sling I cannot use.
