If you run long miles or going out with friends without dinner these are perfect. They are filling! These taste good it’s called peanut butter chocolate and it tastes like peanut butter chocolate which is hard with healthy bars!

Bought a box for training/hiking Grand Canyon R2R. They taste pretty salty, but I think the electrolytes that provides is helpful for that kind of activity.
