Pennzoil Marine XLF Extended Life Formula Engine Oil, 1 Gallon

Buy this instead of being lazy buying premix 2-stroke fuel, or instead of getting the little 8oz bottles. I have a measuring cup and measure out the amount of oil I need, pour in the amount, then mix in the gas can. Buying by the gallon saves you a very considerable amount of money in the long run. This stuff does the same job as any other 2 stroke oil, and with a reputable brand such as Pennzoil you can be assured you're putting a quality product in your engine.

I use this for my landscaping tools 50:1 mix. Trimmers, pruner, blowers etc. it smokes a little bit, not sure if it’s the machine or the cause is from marine 2 cycle oil. It’s been two seasons and no issues with carburetor or fuel lines. It was significantly cheaper to portion this out vs buying the pre measured 2 cycle oil from echo or red max.

I have always only used Evinrude synthetic blend oil on my 2 stroke Johnson motor on my pontoon. This seems to work just as good, I haven’t noticed any extra smoke or anything else that would concern me using this and it’s cheaper.

I have an old Dodge Cummins. I use this stuff to lube the injector pump. Low sulfur fuels and tough on these old engines. Adding a quart per 30gal really helps.
