It's sturdy and light

When I ordered this I have to admit I was a little skeptical, but I have really fallen in love with this self-defense arm shield and can think of many applications for its use! Right off the bat, some people do not believe in using guns for self-defense. If the attacker does not have a gun, you simply can overpower the aggressor very easily with this arm shield. It feels natural in the hand when it is strapped on, the grip is very soft, it's padded along the forearm, and it is ultra light yet ultra sturdy at the same time.The tungsten tip can easily breakthrough automotive glass and be able to pierce wood if needed. I would never want to be in a knife fight, but I truly believe if an attacker saw this shield on my arm with the spikes on it, he would absolutely think twice. The spikes on the outer shell are useful in many ways, it will stop a knife from sliding down the shield. Plus, when pushing back off of someone they will feel the indentation of the spikes. In addition, when you're punching, the spikes act as a saw when going across an object. This shield is made for protection only and it does a good job.It has a very solid construction and once the velcro is adjusted, you can slip your hand into it in less than a second. It is light enough to put in a backpack and no one will ever know that it is there, and I could see hiking and biking with this shield for protection against dogs and other aggressive animals. This alone can keep the biggest, nastiest, dogs at bay.The seller does not have the greatest of pictures to demonstrate what this product is all about or can do, but it is insanely awesome and a very powerful tool in your arsenal! I highly recommend it!

This arm guard made me think of that screen in World War Z where Brad Pitt wraps his arms in magazines. This tactical shield is pretty cool to be honest and we actually had a window that was destined for the dump, so we tried it out. It broke the glass no problem and the edges helped clear the jagged pieces. If there is ever a zombie apocalypse, I know we will have a bit of an advantage. I would recommend this for someone who is into preparedness or even LARPing. Well-made and looks cool so it's worth having if you are into this kind of stuff.

this arm shield is really neat. i didn’t know tools like this existed so i had to get one. its metal and not plastic so thats great and adds to the sturdyness. its also really comfortable with thr padding. the knife stopper is a nice touch and it actually does work, it seems it’ll actually grab most edges typed devices. itll also work if you need to give someone a good wack too. the glass breaker on top is a neat feature but id say its more for defense rather than actual breaking glass just due to the size of this shield (depending on where you are) but its still a handy feature. overall this is a super neat tool and great for non lethal situations. remember, this is not ballistic rated so don’t expect to help against gun fire. although with some slight modding i’m sure some plating or kevlar sheeting could be added on if you put a little work into it. id say this is a must have as an alternative or in addition to say pepper spray

This is an interesting bit of "tactical" gear for arm protection. It's a bit of a novelty item - I can't actually imagine needing it where I live as it's quite peaceful. We never know when that could change though so I don't mind having it on hand (pun not intended).It's quite solid and I am sure it would perform as advertised if ever needed. Someone put a lot of thought into the design and it's well-manufactured.

This is a great little defensive buckler and I feel would hold up well against an onslaught of Antifa backed rioters. Anyone living/ working in the Portland metro area should have one of these to protect themselves from the street kids, rioters, and gang bangers taking over that city.I hope I never need it, but happy to have it just in case!

This is it both a lightweight and very comfortable to grip home self-defense shield. While I may have gotten it for a more prop like reason is definitely great quality and a versatile tool and defending your home.
