OK, so here's the thing. My Walmart computer. and HP that I only paid $150 for. only had 4 Gigabyte ram. It ran so slow. for the price of what these two cost my computer is now day and night. It's running so much better. And really it was easy, easy, easy to install. I'm glad I did it. And down the road when I'm ready to upgrade it again. I'll probably come to this company here. Excellent product for the price. Well worth it.

I got this because I needed a bit more high speed RAM for my aging but powerful PC build. It performed amazing and now I can use 3d modeling software (VR, Blender) and video editors (Davinci Resolve) much much more comfortably. Renders and performance are much faster. Took a bit of wiggling/trial and error to get the RAM recognized but that has been the case with my specific build and is somewhat common when replacing RAM, there are a ton of pins so take a deep breath and take it slow, this stuff is a great value!

Why buy RAM anywhere else? As it turned out one stick of the two-stick 16GB kit I ordered was defective. I contacted Timetec (both manufacturer and seller) and they emailed me back asking for the exact model of my PC. Once they got that, along with my description (one stick worked, one didn't), the emailed me a return RMA label the next day. I got my replacement RAM maybe 3 days later--super quick. The replacements worked flawlessly.Seems to have sped up my older Windows 10 PC. I got more RAM to start using a digital audio workstation (DAW) with VST sampled sounds.I say they are the manufacturer. I understand that they might not actually own the fab, but CPUID from CPU-Z shows that the Timetec brand is in the RAM firmware.

I ordered this upgrade the ram in a computer I have. One of the two sticks sent didn’t work, but the seller was very quick to replace the defective stick and I’m thrilled with both the RAM and the seller.

I purchased a kit of two 8 MB RAM sticks, hoping to add to my existing two 4MB Samsung sticks that came with the computer. After much research, it seemed that these were an identical match spec-wise with the existing ones (1333 MHz, 288Pin, UDIMM, DR4, 1.2V, unbuffered, non-ECC, et.), albeit from a different manufacturer. I checked the service manual for this computer, and it should be able to support this four-stick configuration of two 4s and two 8s.. In addition, Dell recommended this manufacturer on their website community, so I was hopeful that they would work together to give me 24 MB RAM. I closely checked that they were in the correct locations too (XMM3 and 4). Unfortunately, when installed in conjunction with my existing RAM, the computer would not start up. Alone, these work fine, and the boost is noticeable (thus it is recommended for purchase), but I would have preferred them to work in tandem for an even larger benefit. Not sure if that is the fault of Dell and their systems, or that is an issue specific to the RAM. From my research, it could just be the way the Alienware computers are designed (which sucks if true - not sure if this is the case for all computers that you have to match manufacturers and specs exactly - I could not find a good match from Samsung so I went with these). Just wanted to share for others in the same situation.

I'm always a bit apprehensive with inexpensive memory but this set has been working flawlessly. I even bought another set for another computer!

Perfect match for upgrading my Lenovo desktop. Easy to install. Recognized the RAM right away once I booted it up. Now my computer is running faster than ever! Highly satisfied!
