I love it, I sweat much more than I would wearing my ordinary clothes. Though, you must hydrate. Listen to your body. I like to be comfy and bought it bigger so that I could stretch with no issue.

It fits a little snugly, but the suit functions as it should and it looks sharp - better than any other sauna suit I have owned, come to think of it. The hood is great. The suit is easy to clean and dries quickly when I hang it up (some take a long time). I bought another suit from a different company and it smelled so bad that I had to throw it out, even after several efforts to wash it. This one had the typical light rubber scent and it dissipated quickly after a single wash. So far, I think it is fair to say that I got my money's worth. I would but it again and am considering buying another as I like to run in it and want a rotation.

I ordered my size way too small I recommend two size larger .
