It’s nice to get all the ingredients in one capsule. I like this brand and have bought several different bottles of various vitamins, minerals and herbs from them with great results. I don’t take all the capsules on an empty stomach or all at once if there are multiple capsules as the dosage. It’s better for my stomach to take the dosage with meals or snacks spaced out.
