Q: Can I used this paint on shoes

yes! Make sure you cure the paint with a heatgun. May take practice not too hot!

Q: Can I use straight out of the bottle??

I think it it's a little thick to use straight out of the bottle. I use Createx Transparent Base, and reduce it so it's about the consistency of milk. It works well for me when I do it this way. Remember to spray light coats (I usually go 3 coats to get the appearance I want). I get good results this way.
