We've had this TV (our first smart TV) for two days now and are still blown away by it. I bought an adapter for my old 5.1 sound system to work from the optical output, and it sounds simply fantastic. Out of the box, we have Amazon Prime video, BBC iPlayer, Internet, and YouTube, and are now thinking of subscribing to Netflix, although we don't need it urgently right now. And there are lots of other choices available. I'm fairly internet savvy, but set-up should be doable for most people as it leads you through the necessary steps. Tip: have your user name and password available for your wi-fi, BBC, Amazon Prime etc. You'll need them all for the set-up, together with your mobile, and you'll save yourself a lot of grief if you already have them there.I only have one, minor, quibble with the picture: it will not change from 16:9 ratio on Star Trek Picard as it seems to be a problem with the producers of the series in combination with Prime. However, all other channels seem to be OK, and we can live with this.

I love this TV. Not only did it fit the budget but it’s an awesome TV with a fantastic picture and many features. If there is one miner gripe it was that the speakers aren’t loud enough but a couple of cheap TV speakers from E..Y that came in an Amazon box and I was sorted.

I bought it when it was on offer. The picture quality is crystal clear, the best iteration of true black I've seen in a smart TV so far.Loving the solar powered smart remote with voice control, that's a real nifty addition and a nice minimalist style remote. Saying that, Alexa fails to work with this because of typical p**s poor service from Amazon. Unable to link it because it fails to send a OTP. I digress - works perfectly fine with the superior Google Assistant instead.If you dislike the Samsung smart remote, they provide you standard button-busy remote as well.There's little quirks to the TV like the 1970s style tube effect of turning the TV on and off, a nice little thought by Samsung. Interface is decent although a little laggy at power on - like most Smart TVs. side-by-side view is great if you want to have multiple sources open at once.Sound quality is fine, not tinny but not boom-worthy, but perfectly acceptable, especially for such a thin TV. Overall I'm extremely pleased with it.

I have waited for a week or two to write this. Bought this Samsung for a good price, it arrived well packaged and quickly. Pretty straight forward (for me) to set up and no issues at all. Seems much better than my old Samsung LED with a great picture. Hard to comment on sound quality as I use a Sonos sound bar. Remote control is quite minimalist and I miss having a "Source" button. This makes moving between connected devices a bit fiddly. But other than that very pleased!

This TV was a much required replacement. The picture quality and sound is amazing, the picture options such as film makers view is a terrific feature that we utilise for high cgi content. The dynamic view is made for live content. The TV handles all the apps perfectly and switches platforms with ease. Alexa is very handy on the easy to use remote, and provides a few laughs along the way.

I was hoping to solve my hearing problem by connecting my Bluetooth hearing aids to tv. Unfortunately they don’t speak the same language! I think I need a streamer box. Apart from that very happy with tv. Still playing with the controls trying to remember what is in which menu! I wish they still used paper instructions instead of keep having to find the e guide. Picture good and sound is good. So far I’m happy with it.

Delivered as scheduled and looks great

I was initially very happy with this TV for its picture quality and ease of use. But, 18 months after purchase a thick horizontal line appeared on the screen due to a fault. Very disappointing and returned for a full refund which will be used to purchase a like for like replacement from another brand. I expected more reliability from a Samsung product.
