Sturdy
I have only used it once but seems very sturdy with a comfortable handle. It makes such a difference from using a regular whisk or spoon

Love it, its so much easier to stir dough with this.It appears to be well made, eady to grip and also easy to clean. Another amazon successful purchase.

Nice but I do not teach the class
Since I am not the culinary teacher and only place the orders AND I have not heard anything in the negative about the dough whisks I can assume they are fine and the students are having no trouble using them. They seemed well constructed and I liked that fact they came in a nice box and not just thrown into the shipping box.

If you are a baker- you NEED THIS!!
Never heard of these until about a year ago. If you like to bake, as I do, you will LOVE THIS!! Great for cookies or sweet breads. If you don't want to drag out or wash your stand mixer, or if you just like to do things the "Old Fashioned Way", you will love this!!! Because of the ages old design, this mixes the flour with the other ingredients with ease!!! I do a lot of simple cookies and breads with this- so much easier than just a spatula!

Super sturdy and very great quality for the price. The metal to wood area seems very well secured which is what I was most concerned about with the design.
