Works very well with Intel MacBook Pro W/Monterey
This BT dongle works great and is just what I needed. I use a BT speaker in a location that is difficult for the reception on my Macbook Pro to reach. I wanted to try a BT adapter that I could place away from the computer to enhance communication between my speaker and the BT adapter radio. Since using this adapter with this speaker I've had absolutely no issues with reception to it. It works flawlessly.Connecting the adapter to my MacBook Pro was as easy as plugging it in. The manual states that it will download drivers automatically. If the MacBook needed them then it did download them. The B10 adapter showed up in my output sound settings right away.Pairing to the speaker was just as easy. Pressing and holding the button on the adapter, briefly, places it in pairing mode. The speaker paired with the adapter with no issues. The sound is excellent coming from the speaker and I had not a single issue with reception, even though the speaker is in a bad location that the MacBook bluetooth radio had trouble sending its signal to. (In another room with lots of wires and electrical devices in the way, plus an electrical panel)The only issue I had was with the description of the adapter in the title on its webpage. It states that it is Bluetooth 5.2. I included a couple of pics of the instruction manual that clearly states it is Bluetooth 5, not 5.2. One is a typo, but which one?Regardless, this adapter works like a charm and I would definitely buy it again and I highly recommend it.UPDATE: I was in touch with miibuy, who sells this adapter, and they told me that this adapter is indeed Bluetooth 5.2. They said that the instruction manual included in the box was for the previous version. They emailed me a new instruction manual. However, the "new" manual doesn't include the specifications, only instructions. It would seem that we have to take miibuy's word for it.

Randomly starts videos
While using this device if i pause a video, it will enter some sort of power saving mode after not playing any sounds. Any noise such as a notification from discord will wake it up from its power saving mode, and start playing the video automatically. Very poor feature. no way to stop this it seems.

works well enough
It works fine, but it defaults to this terrible audio codec and you have to double press the button every time you turn on the ps5 or else it sounds like garbage.

Solid choice
Very good product that pairs correctly and has good sound and low latency in Adaptive mode.

Tricky to go, but a decent option for AptX
Going to be a longer review but hopefully helpful to others.I love music and PC gaming but hate sweaty ears and long cables. This lead me down the path to get a pair of open air headphones and find some way to make them wireless (I could not find a solution that meets both requirements). My digging lead me a HiFiMan Deva Pro which is a quality listening experience in sound if you're daily driver is a "insert-common-brand" gaming headsets (i.e. Corsair, SteelSeries, Hyper-X, etc.)These seemed like they would meet all my requirement as it came with their in-house Bluetooth DAC (HiFiMan - BlueMini R2R). Pairing these with Bluetooth was seamless and the sound was great listening to music but I experienced delays/latency in gaming audio (like 1-2 seconds after the sound in game should have triggered). Reading up in my Bluetooth DAC, I needed a Bluetooth receiver that supported one of the many Qualcomm's AptX protocols (in my case AptX, AptX-HD for the HiFiMan - BlueMini R2R). Insert the 1Mii Bluetooth 5.2 USB Audio Transmitter Adapter. Keep in mind the 1 Mii Bluetooth adapter device:1. Isn't for any devices (i.e. Mouse, Keyboards, etc.)2. Is 100% Audo-only3. Isn't managed by the OS Bluetooth settings, but is managed in it's on internal memory4. Is merely detected as a Sound Card you have to select for audio-out in the OS5. Will not pass your Bluetooth Mic to the OSWith that information behind me, the device paring took some time and trial/error. I found I had to disable my built-in Bluetooth to help paring as the HiFiMan - BlueMini R2R wouldn't bind properly if other devices were on/listening in the area. On the 1 Mii Bluetooth adapter, there is button and a little LED that changes color once everything is paired. The colors cycle the different modes for Bluetooth Audio (AptX, AptX HD, AptX-LL, etc.) Choosing the right mode made my gaming experience much better and more importantly 100% wireless. Keep in mind, I lost the HiFiMan - BlueMini R2R's built-in Mic due to how the 1Mii Bluetooth adapter operates. However, I already have a wired-desktop Mic hanging on my desk and the combination works great. Lastly, the range isn't anywhere what they suggest, I could only get 10-12 feet away before audio would cut out and degrade.
