I’ve been using Ibell toaster for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed. It heats up quickly and toasts sandwiches evenly on both sides every time. Useful Product... Using for a month... No complaints... Worth for money ...

Brought this useless product less than 2 months ago it worked for a little over a month and then stopped working it kept tripping the MCP on the main electrical panel. When i tried to call their customer service i got a number where i was told to whats app my issue when i did it took them a week to respond and was eventually told that they dont have a service technician in my area i live in DLF Gurgaon which is the main hub in Gurgaon so to not have any technician is perplexing to me. They said to get it repaired myself for 250 only which they would reimburse i mean seriously 250 thats what people charge to come to do site visit if i take it to a market i will have to find the right guys to fix it hoping they dont ruin it further. This is after i have a 1 year warranty. They are thieves who sell defective products and make fools of their customers. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM IBELL

Great Product After a Rocky Start – Worth the Wait!I initially ordered the iBELL SM1320G Sandwich Maker and, unfortunately, received a defective and broken unit. It was disappointing at first, but I must appreciate the brand for taking full responsibility. They processed the return smoothly and refunded the amount without hassle.After that, I decided to reorder the same product, and I’m glad I did! The replacement unit arrived in perfect condition. It works wonderfully – heats up quickly, toasts evenly, and the non-stick plates make cleaning super easy. The build quality is sturdy, and the compact design fits nicely in my kitchen.One of the best things is the additional warranty that iBELL offers, which gives extra peace of mind beyond the standard warranty period.Customer service was slightly slow to respond initially, which made me a bit anxious, but once they got in touch, their resolution was efficient and courteous. They followed through on their promises, which I really appreciate.All in all, a good product with commendable support from the brand.

Bad Product it stopped working in three months and the service is worst in the industry they don't even have a proper request raising system, there website says to connect them on a phone call and the ivr always says all executives are busy and cuts the call after 3 days they had shown mercy on me and finally I got connected with an executive and then she shared me a whatsapp number which is switched off for calls and asked me to share a video of the product and invoice it is the 4 day after sharing them and they didn't even reply to that and I tried to call them and listening the same busy tone from ivr. By the way i remeber one more incident with same brand I had a ordered a deep fryer by god's grace it stopped working on the 3 day and they accepted return as they don't have the product to offer return if not I would have to listen the same Ivr for that too
