Beta Sitosterol - 500mg Tablets - Non-GMO - Support Prostate and Healthy Cholesterol Levels - Phytosterols Complex - Natural Plant Sterols and Stanols

I was using another Beta type prostate supplement but I switched to this because I saw its Non-GMO. Most don't seem to be. And it's only one tab. I don't have to pee as much at night and can often make it through the night which I couldn't before. So great for my prostate health and benefits supposed to help with keeping cholesterol levels normal too! Like any supplement, your mileage may vary but works for me.

All I can say is this was recommended to me to help reduce my bad cholesterol. My bad cholesterol is down … so I like it. And will order more.

I take beta-sitosterol every day for cardiovascular health, and as I get older, I’m also interested in this for prostate health. This supplement has very high beta-sitosterol content and seems a good value. The only negative is that these are large and blocky capsules that are not the easiest to swallow; they stick a little going down. I find these easier to take with a spoon of yogurt or other soft food.

Very useful and easy

This Beta Sitosterol has proven to be of good quality and, unlike other Beta Sitosterol products, it requires only one tablet a day. The tablets are not small but they are not large either and should be fairly easy for most people to swallow. As someone with Celiac, I have found that they do not contain gluten making them a safe option for me. The ninety tablets make for nearly a three month's supply of product making them a reasonably good value in Beta Sitosterol.

I've never had issues taking pills but these tablets have caused some apprehension, as they sometimes don't get completely swallowed with the first gulp of liquid. Secondly, they don't work as well as the previous caplet that I had been using, so going back to IMS, even though it is more expensive unless you purchase more than one bottle at a time.I took a pic with a digital caliper to show the actual size and for reference, a nickel is smaller in diameter by .01 of an inchThe seller gave me a refund after reading this review and did not ask for a retraction or edit.

My hubby uses this along with the Life Extension Ultra Prostate Formula. The Life Extension formula does have beta sitosterol in it (180 mg), but he feels he does way better by boosting the beta-s.He has tried lots of other combos, and this is what seems to work best.Positive effects are mainly an improvement in nightime urination frequency. If he runs out of beta-sitosterol, he does notice more frequent nightime urination after a few days. He has also had bouts of epididymitis over the years, and this combo helps greatly with that as well. He has had no issues with it since being on this program.
