Waste of money
Had this laptop for a little over a month and was very impressed with it until a few days ago when after it working perfectly fine. It wouldn't turn on, I checked the charger and it was charging on other items. So had to reset the computer, after doing so the keyboard wouldn't work and after using the onscreen keyboard to log in I performed a whole reboot including cleaning the drive, but still no keyboard, I have also tried deleting the keyboard and reinstalling it but that doesn't solve the problem. The computer says all drivers are up to date and the keyboard is working correctly but it clearly isn't

Stopped working in under two months. Avoid.

2 very good condition laptops but incorrect processors!
I purchased 2 laptops at the same time. Both laptops are very good but the processor described was core i7 8665u (4 cores, 4.8GHz) and the actual processors in the laptops are i7 8565u (4 cores, 1.80GHz) which is an inferior processor to the one advertised. I will let you know how I get on with the seller.
