Much long than the last rods from different company. Zero issues since install and I have ran many heavy loads for family of 4 multiple times a week for over a month.Update: very impressed. Handled blankets and sheets. Massive loads. Very happy with purchase.

Update- they last two weeks. Read the other reviews. Junk. Amazon please do something about thisRepairman said it would cost him $700 to do it, and suggested I do it myself. So glad he did. This is a simple fix. Took me 20 minutes. Plenty of YouTube videos showing how to do it. Getting the top of washer off of the hardest thing. Product seems to be quality but only time will tell. All I can say is that the UL unbalanced issued is solved for $40!Seller also reached out to make sure everything was in order. Always appreciate when suppliers do that!

UPDATE - Supports lasted about 4 months. Starting to get the out of balance errors again with mismatched loads of clothes. Drum bounces when pushed down from the top, too. Going to have to find another replacement set. These ARE NOT high quality or "upgraded" as advertised.My Samsung washing machine started going unbalanced often during the spin cycle. It wouldn't matter if it was a large load of towels or a small load of five or six undershirts. It progressed to the point where it was incapable of completing a load of laundry. Then, it would go into the refill and respin attempts. This is a common issue with the Samsung topload machines as I found through some Internet research. My machine was about three years old, which I am finding is the life span of the supports. Replacing these posts solved the problem. My drum barely even deviates now during the spin cycle. Installation is a breeze. The hardest part is getting the machine open and supported so you can work on it. Don't forget the white lithium grease to lubricate the contact points.

Perfect worked to fix our washing machine that was only few years old. Apparently this is something that happens and very common. Nice to get easily and pricing was affordable.

My washer was constantly unbalancing, wasting water and never completing a cycle. I had a repair tech come by who diagnosed the worn out shocks and said replacement + labor would be $500 and for only a few hundred more i might as well buy a new washer. which makes no sense, it was only 2.5 years old.Went and bought these based on his diagnosis, watched a youtube video and installed myself. Fairly easy to do, some models make it easier than others and in the end i wish i had just removed the back plate at the beginning because it made installing the back two shocks easier in the end.Important tip, use disposable gloves or some kind of papertowel or plastic when grabbing the old shocks out and installing the new ones. the lubrication on them is weirdly sticky and hard to remove. be careful not touch the shocks to anything when you take them out cuz the sticky stuff will get on random surfaces kind of easy.

Maybe I was unlucky, but the washing machine was wobbling just like with the old set. I bought it from another seller and they fixed the unbalance error.In the photo, the item I'm reviewing is on the right, and the ones on the left and blue are the ones that helped. The hook on this item is bad, but the other one has a good hook. This item got original hook. Which is bad. Its was hard to put it on the washer

I watched a you tube video on the replacement process. The washer in the video was slightly different than my model but it was a minor detail. Easy repair, take your time, pay attention, and that’s it. We can now run the machine properly!Edit: 3 months have gone by and the out of balance issue has returned. I need to order new rods. This seems to be a systemic problem with Samsung washers from the reviews I have read. Changed to 4 stars due to the short life of the product.

Not sure why anyone would pay over $300 for the OEM suspension rods. This rod set (4 of them) is $40 and works exactly the same or possibly better than the OEM rods. Absolutely solved the annoying (UB) fault that would cause the load in the washing machine to manually be readjusted, mostly to no avail. These rods solved all the issues, machine runs perfectly again, spin cycles are efficient and do not constantly need to be restarted. Wife is happy!
