I am surprised and extremelly satisfied. I bought this one because it was the cheapest one i found but it is the best reusable ice pack i've ever had. The only thing is that the velcro strap could be a little bigger, but it is still a very good item nonetheless. Very easy to use as it can be put on the microwave and holds the temperature well. Helped me a lot with back pain that i have from working on the computer.

After suffering from whiplash this product helped so much with pain. Easy to heat and to freeze when needed. Has outer pouch to insert the pak into while placing on body. Good quality and big size. Recommended.

Fast 🚚, does what you need, freezes but not in a solid state so you can wrap it round an arm or ankle

Okay for the money, and easy to use, however, I still use a bag of frozen peas as worked better, and they mould themselves around the treatment area. Plus you don't have to worry about leave them in the freezer too long.

Good value. Take care as is obviously very hot when filled. Best with a cover

Product is of a very good quality and sleeve is comfortable.Unfortunately as I have some abdominal pain tye velcro strap isn't long enough yo fit my waist and I have to manually hold it in place.Any chance of providing a longer strap ?
