As a 57 year old man with the heterozygous MTHFR gene, this is exactly what I was looking for. I can throw away many of my other vitamin bottles now, my extra zinc, Vitamin D3, Vitamin B multi, and others (but not magnesium).This formulation doesn't contain any magnesium (Mg), so you might want to supplement separately with that, magnesium glycinate, for example.NOTE ABOUT METHYLATION: Another reviewer said they bought these vitamins because "they are supposed to be methylated" but was upset when they couldn't find anything on the label about methylation.It's on there, though. I read these directly from the label (asterisks added for emphasis):- Folate (As L-[6S]-5-*methyl*tetrahydrofolate) - 667micrograms- Vitamin B12 (As *methyl*cobalamin) - 20micrograms

Only reason I gave it four stars is because it was supposed to be Methylated!!!This is the reason why I bought this from this company.They promote it with it right on the label, but I see nothing about it on the labels that I get so this will be the last one I get

These are great. Many reviews here claim a bait and switch, claiming they received non-methylated versions. But if you look at their review pictures you see all the ingredients are methylated. A simple Google search will show you Methylfolate is synonymous to methyltetrahydrofolate. Its cheap and has quality ingredients and I feel great.

So Far, after 3 months of Daily Use, these seem to be some of the best Daily Vitamins I've ever used.

Got these vitamins 3 times but twice they had black spots all over them. From my research this is a sign the vitamins are going bad.
