I have purchased many different versions of locks to try and keep trailers from being stolen. Every single one has just felt like it was made cheap. Keys did not work very well and just difficult to put on and get off. I bought two 2” of these and two of the size up and by far for me it’s definitely the most well made and the easiest one by far to take off and put on. The fit for each was perfect. I also feel that a crook would have a heck of a time trying to get either lock off that comes together. I definitely like the two lock idea. The big one that slides on and the other just adds a little more protection.

Very nicely packaged and works well. Two sets of keys are provided. Fits my 2" ball hitch on my tent trailer. I have only used it for a short time and have not had any rain to see if doesn't corrode although it looks like the powder coat will hold up.

Prior to this, I had a lock that I got from Tow Smart which was a disaster: poor fit, separate keys and the last time I took the lock off the key refused to come out. So I decided to upgrade and I am VERY happy I did!My first concern was that these two locks come keyed alike. I sent Rhino a message and they quickly replied that once I ordered to let them know and they assured me that it would be done. They came with four keys, all the same! Beautiful!These both fit like a glove and I didn't have some trouble that others mention (and I really don't think this is the fault of Rhino... they can't possibly accommodate EVERY difference in trailer in the world...). They fit snug to the trailer which I think makes it a bit more difficult for a would-be thief.And, in a less important way, these look great too... almost like it's part of the trailer.I'm never going back to wasting money on Tow Smart products again and will only be buying from Rhino; in fact, a locking hitch pin is on my list and they have already assured me that it can come keyed alike as well!THANK YOU RHINO!!!!

Good thief deterrent. The hitch lock is a little different in design but fit our trailer well and would be challenging to remove without significant effort. The ball release lock is also different than the normal design. It unlocks and unscrews to get off.Either could be cut off with the right tools but they'll stop the casual thief.

Simple and sturdy trailer lock that adds peace of mind when we have our RV in storage or when we're away from the site. Convenient to have a single key that fits both locks, and an extra set to boot. Another quality product from Rhino!

The secondary lock for the hitch latch isn't wide enough for the type of hitch mechanism that is on my trailer.

This lock works very well. Because it’s spring loaded, it’s quick and easy to lock and unlock from trailer with one hand. Unlike others that have to be manipulated with both hands to operate. Simple but effective solution for securing your hitch. There is nothing that can be cut with bolt cutters. No way to punch out the key lock to defeat this thing. Is the key lock pickable? Probably. I would like to see a more secure keyed lock cylinder (1 star off). But not a deal breaker for me.
