Ac Delivered on time but Worst experience with installation......the installation partner for Mumbai region is Swastik Engineering!! My Daikin AC was delivered on 24th April and was promised installation within the next 3 days. Swastik Engineering was assigned as the installation partner by Daikin. With absolutely no communication from Swastik in the next 3 days, I was continuously following up with Daikin and Swastik to send the technician but no response to the call by Swastik. Finally the person arrives on day 4 at 9 PM and leaves within minutes saying he will come next day 9 AM and installation charges of 1.5k. Next day, a totally different person is sent that too at 10 AM who hands a bill amount of 5.95k. Totally unacceptable and absolutely no value of time and money!!

I am a old customer and has been in purchases since good time. Seeing your brand name and services I have ordered one AC on dated which was supplied onThe AC was installted by the engineer who came from DAIkin name ( ) .he has charged 1500/- for installation , 500 for extra pipe , 500 /- for deinstallation of old ac and 600/- for stand .Just in evening we have observed water leakage from the AC , he was called the next morning and he said the pipe drain was blocked now it will run , but there was no ciorrection and again water leakage started -the water fell on TV down under and damaged it also .He was called again and we have found that the AC is running slow ,so finally get it deinstalled and put up a retun requestOne labour type person appeared after 3 days on dated who sain that he has come to take AC from dealer sector 18 noida. When I asked him about retuns he told thata AMAZon will take lots of time in refunding .its good if you bring AC to our shop we will exchange it.He has then refused to take back ACThen we have filed again a request and it has not been entertainedI regret to say that I have purchased AC for the need of the time for my mother who is 890 year old and asthemic . last 15 days we are suffereing from the excuses and the mentakl stess .With this I rewquest you to take action fast , once retuned we will go for another AC .If there is a possibility of excahging at your end we can doBut it will be good if you get it lifted and return the money , installation caharges

Sarwar raja has done an outstanding job for ac fitting and was very responsive to all the query.

It's good..but remote is not working frequently though we use new battery.

This air-conditioner is one with least compressor noise I’ve heard by far. The temperature is not displayed on the air-conditioner so the only way to know is to look at the remote.Capacity is one ton and the size of the room is one 120 ft.², it takes less than five minutes to cool the room.I have long been searching for fixed speed air condition because the inverter air-conditioners come with a lot of problems later on in their life cycle and they are expensive to repair so I decided to go with non-inverter air-conditioner .I think old technology in air-conditioner is really good.New inverter, dual inverter convertible models. They have more scope for failure, later on and the companies make a lot of money doing that so I don’t buy those models
