It's Araldite - Nuff said!
Used it for so many years and never failed me. When I was a kid I remember my dad fixing a scalextric cars plastic guide (the bit that goes in the track) by building it up and filing it down. Worked well then and that was 50+ years ago. Grab it before some idiot "health and safeties" it out of existence.

Great when making jewellery. Note though that this does dry grey.
