After taking Instafuel Ashwagandha Capsules, my stress is down and my focus is sharper.

Although Shoden-formulated pills are well-researched, I haven't noticed any benefits in 15 days. I feel they might be highly rated here due to the placebo effect. Had Shoden from another provider, that was very potent; you would feel sleepy in 30 minutes.This one isn't as much, no relaxing feeling or anything. Also the labels are all mixed up. Think they mis-mashed fish oil label with ashwagandha. Very unsure about the quality.
