These foot pads are perfect for heels. After standing on the ball of my foot for hours on end in heels these pads make a huge difference. They help to absorb some of the pressure as well alleviate sliding. They stick right in place and stay put. I add them to all my heels.

Helps giving the extra layer of softness.

These are working for me. Might be something else out there but I am happy enough I dont bc want to spend the time at other sites

These Foot Cushions provide some comfort, but I wasn’t blown away. The soft cushioning helps a bit with foot pain and pressure, but it didn’t last as long as I hoped. After wearing them for a few hours in my sandals, I still experienced some foot discomfort and slippage.What I Liked:Soft Cushioning: The padding is comfortable at first, offering relief to the ball of my foot and reducing pressure in the right spots.Prevents Toe Sliding: The cushions help keep my toes from sliding forward, which was a major plus in my sandals.Adhesive: The adhesive on the back of the cushions sticks well and keeps them in place initially, which is a nice feature.What Could Be Better:Lack of Long-Term Comfort: After wearing them for several hours, I still felt some discomfort. The cushion seems to lose its effectiveness with extended use.Durability: The cushions start to flatten out after a while, so they don’t provide the same level of relief as they did when I first applied them.Shifting: While the adhesive holds well at first, I noticed them shifting a little after a few hours of walking.These cushions are decent for short-term comfort but don't provide enough lasting relief for long days or all-day wear. They might work for a quick fix, but I’m still searching for something more effective for extended use. Would consider them for shorter events but not as a go-to solution for all-day comfort.

I use these in all my high heeled shoes. They are much better than most ball of the foot cushions and I can last standing or dancing for hours in heels without pain.

these work so well!! They allowed me to walk over 10 miles a day on my Disney trip where normally the ball of my foot would be hurting. Worth the purchase for sure!

I had a sandal heel that I wanted to wear for a wedding but was slightly loose in one foot. This foot cushion solved the issue. I ended up using this pad for the other foot as well for comfort - it was great. Holds up well. The pad did not slide, and no toe pain. Bonus it was transparent and fit well.
