I’m on a very strict low sugar diet and these have really helped me stop having those crazy cravings moments where I think ‘I’ve been good. It’s a treat!’ and then going nuts and eating several “regular” high sugar biscuits.My diabetes is hard to control, so these can give me say 4 biscuits at a push and the results when I test my glucose really don’t rocket too much for just being nice to myself.
