Q: where's the size guide ie circumference in inches or centimetres? SML 'sizing' not much use really

Hi, I kept looking and got confused too until I realised my arm was bigger than a babies torso and used that as a rough guide ... Remember you can always send the wrong size back

Q: Swollen knee just measured round it and it measured 46cm any idea what size I'd need please.

I agree that it is difficult to determine this from the product description but I would suggest Size F. If you search online for "Size Guide for Tubular Bandage", you will find several helpful charts provided by various vendors/manufacturers and Size F is recommended for a large knee (defined in the charts I have seen as 45 - 50 cm). Beware US charts which may be in inches rather than cm.
