Overall this is a high quality, comfortable product. Very good stitching with easy to use Velcro. The internal aluminum stays cannot be removed as they are sewn in. This is a problem for me because I wanted the option to remove the palm side stay when lifting weights. I cut a small slit in the pocket where the stay is trapped making it removable. Problem solved.

This is a small wrist brace that is secure. I sleep with it on and it’s comfortable and doesn’t restrict me from using my fingers. I have slight carpal tunnel so don’t need to wear it in the day time. It keeps my fingers from curling up while sleeping, which seems to trigger my discomfort. You bet I would buy it again!!

I thought it was a very attractive looking brace, but way too small. I measured my wrist and used the size chart to find my size. I ordered a small, and it was too small, so I ended up sending it back. I think the problem may have been that I have a tiny wrist compared to the size of my hand. It would be helpful if the company added a note stating, “ If your wrist is proportionally smaller than your hand, you may need to order one size up.”

This did the trick. The support was great and I was able to get back to my life.

I have an old carpal tunnel brace that the velcro was having issues remaining stuck. So I needed a new one, did some research and got this one. This one does not have side to side stability. The front to back is rigid but no side to side. It's open on the outside of the hand. Underneath the straps on the inside of the wrist is a tiny thin fabric that's supposed to prevent the edge of the velcro from touching your skin but it doesn't adequately cover that. So the velcro rough edge can rub against your skin. If you need minimal support and you intend to use this while resting...this is for you. But if you use this while working to help support and restrict movement...do NOT order this item.UPDATE: upon setting my constructive feedback review, the company contacted me and offered me a refund as well as a newer model that better supports the palm. I have since used it and find it to be perfect for carpal tunnel issues. Comfortable and has 3 seconds to adjust width.

I need to send them back as one is smaller than I thought as I have to order a bigger one. Returning tomorrow and see if I get the right size

This brace fit me. I got the s/m. I wear large in gloves and my hand is wider across than a lot of womens' hands. Leather womens gloves never fit me. This brace fits perfectly and is easy to put on. The hook and loop straps grip well and can be adjusted with one hand. They have a strip of soft fabric underneath them which protects from the scratchy straps. The thumb hole is plenty large to accommodate my thumb. I'll certainly be able to sleep in this no problem.
