Great cookbook replaced the loose pages bound by plastic.

I purchased this updated edition for my son who is graduating from High School. We have used the previous version in my family for over 45 years and love the authentic recipes.

The recipes are well written, easy to follow, and user friendly. The photographs make you want to make the dishes too!

I own an earlier edition of this cookbook and love many of the recipes. This version has a more attractive format and some of the recipes have been edited, apparently for better results. Unlike the earlier version, this one has a decent number of photos. For someone who is not looking for gourmet results, just great home cooking, this is a "go to" classic. Many good chicken and vegetarian recipes!!!

I love cookbooks. I love flipping through the pages and being inspired. This is a beautiful cookbook with accessible and delicious recipes. It is hard not to get pulled in and want to try new recipes. Even my teen daughter, a vegetarian, has put sticky notes throughout the book for us to try.

Poorly written, not enough instructions.

I have Owned the Original Edition of this Cook Book since the early 70's. This Edition is Nicely Bound and the Colored Photos are nice. Unfortunately, Editing must have Missed that a Couple of the Recipe Pages are Completely Mis-Labeled.

A great cookbook for beginner and expert home cooks alike. Full of tasty recipes, I just wish I could make my cooking look half as good as the pictures. Personally a big fan of the Mihshi section for all things stuffed.
