Amazing how much grease my 2015 XP 1000 took. It was always serviced timely at the dealer during the extended warranty period but my guess is that they never lubed the wheel bearings. It is not difficult at all to remove the tire/wheel, brake caliper and axle nut (in fact the hardest part was getting the old cotter pin out of the axle castle nut). You may have to lower the RZR onto a jack stand so the suspension collapses enough to get to the bottom caliper bolt with a socket or use a ratchet wrench. Be careful to not shove the grease tool in too far as it is tough to pull back out, especially with greasy hands. Pull it out and turn it often until you start seeing old grease come out around the bearing in an even and symmetrical way. Check your brake pads while you got the caliper off. This is a good time to swap them out if needed. Clean it up and put it back together. You can find the torque specs on the internet. Easy stuff and I feel better now about not dusting a wheel bearing due to neglect.

Fit nice easy to use

I liked it , use to grease RZR hub bearings, hopefully extended the hub bearings life and no failure during rides.

Not much to say about this, it works as described, take off the wheel, castle nut and cotter pin, 2 bolts for the caliper bracket, then this thing fits over the larger pro xp axle splines and works perfect.

It was quite easy to use, there is a lot of different information on this topic but I used "green grease" and did 6-8 pumps per bearing at the 1000 mile mark on my unit.Remember to torque that hub nut to spec, on my 2019 it was 110 ft-lbs which seemed like a lot, but it was tough to get off from factory so makes sense. Lug nuts were 120ft-lbs for my alloy wheels.

Was harder to get in than the older for style for Polaris XP1000. I did get to work on Polaris XP PRO by pushing the axel in some.

The item works as described although the instructions were lacking. YouTube videos are available from private individuals that are adequate.If this were a tool that were used several times a year, I would have spent $20.00 more for the similar items that have multiple greese exit slots instead of the single slot on this unit.It can take some wiggling and jostling to get the greaser inserted and it can be difficult to remove from the hub. On one of my hubs I had to tighten a big C-clamp on the knurled portion of the tool to get enough grip to remove it.Overall it does the job and beats the heck out of the alternative of tearing your suspension apart to greese the bearing.

Same model number previous generation did not work on my pro xp rzr but this one must of been modified to fit over pro xp axle. Works great but wish I didn’t have to buy new one.

Worked awesome. Took like 40 minutes to do all 4. Took at least 16 pumps each before bearings were full.

The person who thought this tool up is a genius! Extremely easy to use and works really well. It’s a good felling when you are 30 miles out in the middle of nowhere that your bearings are well serviced .

This works very well for greasing the bearings on my Sportsman XP 1000 2017. I remove 1 star as there is only a single grease output and you have to gently turn the tool to evenly distribute the grease. I dont know if its really required though. Should increase the longetivity of my bearings!
