bhot bekar product h dosto mene 5.44 kilo ki balti mangai thi 2. bhot gndi smell aati h or ye return bhi nhi krte h isse 1% bhi weigth nhi bdta h or isko khane ke bad body m pain hone lagta h or bhook bhi nhi lagti isko khane ke baad 4-5 gnte tak jii khrab rhta h. ye product mix bhi nhi hota h. kai din tak tbiyat khrab rhi dosto. iss product se jitna door rhe utna better h.

Pretty good supplement. But the only problem that I faced, it was too sweet. Personally, I didn't like the taste very much. Can't say about the results, coz you only have it for 4 days. Overall, a good source of protein and Kcal!
