The jury is is still out but I've just re-ordered another bottle ... it's difficult to know for certain whether they help as a recent flare up I bought them for has disappeared after about 3x weeks but it may have just run it's course. Time will tell if it helps prevents any further attacks. - For all complaining about their size ** CUT OR BREAK THEM IN HALF, THAT'S WHY THERE'S A SCORE MARK INDENTATION **
