Beware- Can't run Windows 11
Specs are great but can't run Windows 11- Just too old from production date.

Excellent workstation for a fraction of the new price.
I have been running my previous Dell Precision T3610 for 10 years no problems. It's time to upgrade to a newer machine as the T3610 will not upgrade to Windows 11. This T5820 is an excellent buy at under $400 and I am very happy with it! It's a beast of a machine with 32GB of ram, 1TB SSD and 2TB HDD for storage. It was delivered within 5 days and was well packed with foam cushion completely encapsulating the PC. No damage in shipping and it booted right up into Windows 11 setup with no issues. It comes with a 90 day warranty but I also added the 3 year asurion plan for peace of mind. If you are looking for longevity and a high-quality workstation, you can't beat the Dell Precision line.

I wish they packed it better
For the price, this was a dream come true with everything one needs for advanced computing with well-balanced architecture. I have always had a great experience with Amazon's renewed store. However, when I received the case, it was visibly damaged physically. The case was falling apart and the graphics card and RAM chips were broken off the motherboard. A horrible sight. I wish they had better packaging for such a costly instrument. Two layers of flimsy bubble wrap are not enough. Feeling bad to have to return it.

Very Disappointed
Not only did it take a week longer than promised to arrive, but it also arrived with a handle snapped off, and in poor condition. The USB wifi dongle included was bent (assuming that happened in transit) and floating loose inside the box.
