Pachmayr Renegade Wood Grips for Beretta 92

Put these on 92fs inox. They make it look fantastic. They are a great color. They do make the grip feel slightly thinner than the factory grips, but personally I like that. The original screws work, but if you tighten them too much, the magazine won't drop free. Otherwise perfect fit.

Very pleased with grips. I have a Beretta that had its stock grips removed and replaced with a black thicker Pachmayr grip,The black grips fit comfortably in my hand and had been used for approximately 20 years. Up grading the pistol I chose these grips due to the serrated groves providing a better grip than the black ones. These grips are thinner and resemble the factory issue. The grips are deep reddish in color and dress up the pistols appearance compared to the older black ones. Grips fit perfectly on pistol..

Indeed had issue with manufacturing 'sunburst' scratches surrounding upper hole on the left grip. It was a solitary issue but enough of a distraction to return the first pair. Received second pair swiftly with Prime and I'm going to keep them, though that area is not perfect per se. But overall, the grips are outstanding in appearance- Pachmayr decals are solid and attractive, checkering is fine and not too aggressive, rich rosewood color is strikingly appealing against the black frame. Grips fit perfectly and the finish is shiny and good, but not great. Keep in mind the price paid as these are certainly worth it. If you want perfection or close to it you may have to return first pair, If it were possible, I'd rate the replacement grips at 4.5 Stars!First photo of returned grip, second photo of replacement grip. Looks good and fits my M9 well. I had to slightly grind the factory grip, screw ends with a Dremel tool. I only took .020 of an inch for magazine clearance on the two lower grip screws. There is still enough screw length to use with the factory plastic grips, if I go back to them. I also did not re-use the factory lock washers on the new grips. First time to the range I lost the medallion on the side.

Using the original screws the grips have a slight rattle and one appears to have a slight warp. Original washers did not fit. Tried some o rings. The rattle stopped but the screws were raised about a 1/16" and were not comfortable. Will try them for awhile at the range but do not like the rattle and as secure as the stock grips were. Also hoped they would be lighter in color. Charcoal gray is nearly black. I have the Sniper Gray Beretta 92FS so wanted a gray grip. Still look pretty good. But at the price point compared to other grips I guess you get what you pay for.

I purchased these grips in Dec of 18. One of the medallions had fallen off somewhat quickly but I caught it and glued it back on. Other then that these grips have been great. Comfortable, grippy and have (mostly) stood up to CCW use well. Early June of 20 I took the weapon to the range, got it home and found a medallion missing (not sure if it was the same one). I contacted Lyman products to see how much it would cost for a replacement medallion and the guy on the phone sent me two replacement medallions at no cost.Will purchase grips from them again.

Been eyeballing these grips for a while and finally glad I pulled the trigger on them!( no pun intended) Only downfall to them they are very similar to the thickness of the factory grips and I wanted to go thinner but the look of them make up for that!! If you want a great looking upgrade for an already amazing gun don’t hesitate!

I should know better by know. At least they look okay and the price is good but there's always something like they never quite design their grips right. If you don't use the washers on these the factory screws poke in too far and stop the magazine from moving. If you DO use the washers then the screws stick out of the grips and could really scrape your hands. They don't include any shorter screws in the box so you'd have to buy different ones to fix the issue. Really disappointed in this company again.
