I was so excited when the package came but... The outside looks like munster but when i cut a few slices it was dry and chalky. Munster should not be crumbly. I took a bite and it tasted nothing like munster cheese. I have had munster like this once before and it ended up being out of date by 3-4 months. Not sure if this loaf was out of date or not because there is not date on the package. I have had this brand before from a small Mennonite store and it was amazing. I have called a few times to see about exchanging it for another loaf but no answer. Looks like a 3-4 hour round trip to the Mennonite store is in my future.
