first off, yes, it is small. but i already have a rear and middle basket for my sit down scooter so this was a nice little addition for smaller items to put in the front. it is very sturdy and very easy to install. if you want a bigger basket this isnt for you, but if you want something big enough for a six pack of soda then i say pull the trigger!

I was disappointed the baskets are too small to carry anything much in them. Yes I ordered two of them.

The basket itself is a good build and quality. But the mounting hardware is just poor design.Hardware issue: The hardware in the box comes with phillipshead bolts and flange nuts. The reason they tell you to repeatedly secure the basket is because a phillips head doesn't let you crank down that hard and it doesn't come with a wrench to hold the nut while securing, relying just on the flange and hope to hold the nut from turning. There's no bolt for the washer so you potentially scratch the metal when turning the bolt too.Solutions: so I replaced the bolts holding the basket to the frame with a hex bolt with washer and for the nuts I used nylock locking nuts to prevent them from shaking themselves loose. To tighten it I used two wrenches so I could get some leverage. All stainless because it's what I had lying around and it'll protect from rust.I attached zip ties from the top of the basket to the handle bars for extra support. Not possible to fit this to my frame anyway so I went a little higher on the handle bar.The closing mechanism for the top is a little loose and scratches the paint when you use it so I stuck a couple rubber pads to it. Closes much more securely now.
