All I can say at the moment is it came in good condition (still sealed and no broken capsules). I’ve only taken it twice so I don’t know if it’s making a difference yet. I bought it initially because it was recommended in the 4 Hour Body book as a fat loss helper. After researching I saw it also helps with pain coming from bones and joints. I have bad ankle and knee joint pain. I’m hoping it will help with that too. The pills smell and taste like dried out plant leaves/grass. I didn’t expect it to taste good as it’s a pill but it is a little hard to get past the smell and taste. The moment I put it in my mouth it makes my stomach upset for a few minutes. I think it’s just because of the initial taste and smell not because the pill itself has a bad reaction in my stomach. Because after I eat something else to take the taste out of my mouth I’m fine. It says take 2 pills daily. The 4HB book recommends taking a lot more throughout the day with meals. Personally I’m following the instructions on the bottle because the 4HB book is outdated and I would rather be safe. (I already found out some things that book recommends can be toxic to your liver. Just an FYI if that’s the reason your planning on purchasing this because of that book’s recommendations.) Overall so far my only complaint is the taste and smell. If it ends up working well for me for pain management and weight loss then I’ll purchase again despite the bad taste.

Great value for the money when you look at the competition. My skin looks great and I'm jot snacking as much. So weight loss is gonna happen.

Got this as I read about the health benefits of this powder. Used it for a few weeks until I stopped for no apparent reason, just that I wasn’t sure if it was doing as much as it was touted to be in the article I read online. But I definitely didn’t hurt me in any way.
