I rarely write reviews unless I love them! I have never done a negative review before but I have to share my experience to hopefully help someone else.I had such high hopes for this! I watched videos and read the directions but still was disappointed.First off the charger it comes up with was bent in so it wouldn’t fit the charge box. Next I tried a couple pieces of hair and it worked great! About the 3rd time I got stuck! I was able to pull it out but I had to tug. Thinking it was my fault I must have had too much hair in it I did EVEN less than what I had first tried (that worked fabulously) but it got stuck again and wouldn’t move! Thankfully I stayed calm and wiggled my hair out but it’s definitely fried now.

This makes perfect curls ! My favorite thing about it is that I can curl my hair while doing other things because it is cordless. Put some hair in, press the button, and move around until it beeps, then repeat. I have a lot of long hair and it took me about 10 minutes to curl all of my hair. It is easy to use once you get used to it. Just follow the directions exactly and it works great. Quality product product at a good price.

Learning curve includes getting your hair ripped out.I have thin hair and it barely did the job on the smallest of sections.Going back to cheap crappy irons that cost 10 bucks and last a decade and actually curl my hair.

I love how this is quick and easy to use. I use to quickly curly my 24 inch human hair wig. The hair on my wig is already straight and detangled so the curling iron can easily grab the hair. it’s takes about 20 seconds for the heat to form a nice complete curl. It takes about 15 minutes to completely curl my wig. I do enjoy the convenience of this.

I charged it then used it for 10 minutes it went out of charge. My hair got stuck inside i kept on pulling it but didn’t come out. I lost lot of my hair. Please check the pictures attached. I like the machine a lot but did demage my hair😡
