This is just the best risotto. I absolutely love the flavor & ease of putting in Micro to heat up. I tend to go over the heating instructions because I like it a bit less saucy, but it is a very filling & great tasting meal.

I don't like this mushroom risotto flavor. I like the other entree flavors better. This one is too rich and...herb-y? Perfume-y? I can't put my finger on it. I was trying to figure out how I was going to eat the rest of these because I didn't want to waste them. Combining with the HMR chicken soup made it tolerable.It does fill me up (especially mixed with hmr chicken soup) so it gets 5 stars for thickness, and 5 stars for the value, these are a good price for shelf stable low calorie easy to prepare food.

Yum. Sauté up some extra mushrooms and shallots and this is dinner party worthy. How ridiculous for a diet meal thing. I'm a food snob and hmr is just a means to an end. But this risotto (with extras) is just...good.

Tastes EXACTLY like the mushroom risotto from Nutrisystem!! I would know because it’s the only food I could “swallow”from Nutrisystem! It’s actually not too bad, especially if you like mushrooms & rice. Easy dinner with a veg & a side salad.

I was trying them to see if they would be a good idea for EMERGENCIES. OMG!!!! Bought a case, so I threw them away. I was afraid to donate them. We live in a small town and someone might see us after trying them. I tried EVERY one and couldn't keep from spitting out. Maybe if there was NO more food on earth I'd have to eat, but I'd have to be starving/
