Ideal for road and path runs of 3+ miles for 48 years old bloke at 90 ish kgs.
Bought for runs of 3 miles plus and general sport. Previously had ASICS and found them a better fit. These have continued to be so. Previous trainers were getting old and these have re-breathed life into my running. Sufficient support for wet runs on tarmac roads and paths whilst also taking the pounding without affecting my knees or lower back. I'm no expert runner but recommend these to those after a mix of on/light off-road running.

i give it a 3 because i only had it for a month and the grip already peeling off and i been waiting for a week now for Customer service to get back to see if i can get a refund or not

Awesome running shoes
6 month review, averaging around 20km a week running. Trainers are amazing, extremely comfy and still have good treads after all the running. No rips, tear or parts peeling off after 6 months, and still look like I could get another six months running out of them
