On my 1997 Harley Davidson ultra classic, it fits a little loose, The hole is melted and could be wore a little, but I would try a different one from a different manufacture if you have an older bike and if you’re getting it for a Harley it might be worth the money just to go to your Harley dealership and get an original replacement. But I’ve installed it And it is working and I’ll let you know if it stays in place, I did use a little bit of adhesive to make sure it doesn’t vibrate loose.

The metal nut fit properly on my fender using the plastic collet but the seat screw did not fit into it because of poorly cut threads; I had to re-tap the nut to use it

The piece has a stopper / little keyway that goes into fender so it doesn’t spin when tightening the screw for the seat , so it spins , compared to the stock one. the stopper is smaller . I kept it and used it carefully , I’ve learned that after shipping back stuff your left with nothing as a refund . With certain purchases .

I lost the clip some how and needed a replacement. Put side by side to stock nut. The same. Same clip as well. Thanks
