Excellent weight and quality for the money

I just received this today and, like another reviewer, was surprised at how heavy duty it is. Best I can tell, it’s solid steel. You can take a look in the pictures I posted. At first, I thought it might be end capped but looking in the pin holes I can see where it looks like it’s just a chunk of solid steel. I don’t see how it can be any better made with only one exception. I think it would be stronger if there were only one pin hole drilled into it, but then you can’t turn it sideways so it’s a trade. It’s perfect for my use for tow ropes and vehicle recovery.

It’s weighty and feels durable. I’m concerned about the paint. Also there’s no way to secure the “dangle”. Mine arrived without the Hitch Pin and without the cotter pin for the Hitch Pin. I am experiencing buyers remorse. My advice is to keep looking

Missing pin

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by how heavy this Mupera Shackle Hitch Receiver Kit with 3/4 D Ring Shackle is. It is over built and that is what I was looking for. In the winter time I always carry a tow rope because I am on a lot of crazy back roads. Pros, Heavy and well built. Very well finished. StrongCons: None as of now. Overall if you are looking for a strong and well built recovery Hitch Receiver Kit with 3/4 D Ring Shackle just buy this one. You will not be disappointed.

Opened the box only to find hitch pin is missing. Not well packaged for the weight... should have been inside another box. I have my own hitch pin but it's the principle. Dont know how well it will hold up.... time will tell as it will be used. Plastic protector for the shackle will probably be lost almost immediately as it is sloppy fit. Was hoping to leave this always in the receiver but probably wont as pieces will likely go missing

product itself seems ok for what it is but came damaged with a bunch of paint missing so now just 2 weeks on the truck they're rusty..nothing that can't be fixed with a rattle can but the extra time and effort wouldn't be necessary if they simply packaged them better
