Been using it for couple of months and I don't know if it was this product but it helped!

I have been diagnosed with PCOS since I was 15, I am now 31 and I have had a lot of issues with weight and other side effects of pcos such hirsutism and seems to be getting progressively worse the more I age. I've also only ever had two natural periods within this time, two months into taking these supplements I suddenly have my first natural period in over 10 years! I was absolutely stunned. Its helped me reduce my cravings for sugar as well as my body seems to be able to handle it better thanks to the supplements. It's a shame this isn't more well known and available on the nhs as I do find it a bit pricey, however it has been worth every penny. I only take two a day, so it still works on less than the daily recommended intake.Anyone struggling with pcos, I sincerely recommend taking inositol as it has helped my hormones become a little more balanced and the best it's been in decades.

Iv been taking these for 2 months noticed a massive difference in hormones. Skin is clearer, excess hair growth has calmed down alot, my mood is better overall, and the pigmentation around my neck that indicates insulin resistance are fading which is also amazing!! The capsules are big though so i do struggle swallowing sometimes but totally worth it!

I have PCOS and have heard lots of positive reviews of inositol helping with the side effects so I thought I’d give it a go.When they arrived I was slightly confused by the label as it’s in another language, however I realised you can peel it back to reveal the English translation. It says to take 3 capsules a day with sufficient liquid and food. It then says not to take if pregnant or breastfeeding which surprised me as I thought I’d heard people say that this could help with fertility but I assume either I got that wrong or that hasn’t been tested/ approved. It also says it’s not suitable for prolonged use but didn’t say why which is a slight concern for me. I’m unclear if you’re able to drink alcohol with them as when I looked online it seemed to say you shouldn’t but there’s nothing on the label to suggest that.The capsules themselves are bigger than I expected and look slightly DIY in my opinion as they are clear so you can see the yellow powder inside. They do look well sealed but also look like you could open them up to sprinkle into a yogurt if that’s allowed. I’m awful at swallowing big capsules so it’s taken me quite a while to take to them, I must admit some days I just ignore them as I hate trying to get them down. However when I have managed to take them as directed I do feel like they may have made a positive difference, possibly a placebo or my imagination but I feel like they helped with my weight, hunger levels and my hairline which has always been thin. They possibly even helped to reduce the amount of body hair which was great.Overall I’m definitely keen to keep taking inositol but I just wish the capsules were smaller or they offered a gummy version of them.

I find them difficult to swallow and when I can I feel them going down my throat and I don’t like it.Yet to wait for result on if they help with any PCOS symptoms … so far I have more energy that’s about it
