4th set of handles I've put on the vw. So far, best price I've found.

It works but doesn’t last
I did work and was very well for a bit but after a while it did the same thing and it it kept closing and shutting on me and it stayed stuck so not sure if it was my fault or bad assembly but it’s was average

Won't open doors on the car
Replaced into an 85 Golf, lever doesn't sit flush with car door, so mechanism won't operate the latch inside. Pretty much a complete waste of money.

I have mixed reviews about the product. Once I drilled the original screw hole to offset the none stock placement of the original door hanldles they work amazing, yet I should not have to do the alterations to the car doors to make them fit. Other than that the shipping was fast from overseas and they look great.just be aware you will have to do modifications for a functional fit to mk2 doors!!!
