Love this clock
Ordered as a father's day gift and he loved it, came in earlier then it was supposed to and is absolutely beautiful

Chime did .not work right.
Set it up as instructed. Music and chime. 1st hour it worked. 2nd hour it played the music and chimed on the 1/4hour. On the 3/4 hour it played the music nonstop. I thought that I could live with the hourly chime only if it would work. The first hour it chimed as normal. 2nd hour at the 1/4 hour it chimed nonstop. Returning it.

The clock came late and after I had purchased another clock bot I am going yo keep it .

This has a oak finish
The clock is absolutely beautiful! I'm very impressed with the finish, the assembly, the dial, there's one major problem it's in oak not Walnut, not mahogany, not cherry, OAK!! not Walnut. Please state in your description that this is a oak finish this will help in purchases in the future still a stunning clock

Nice looking clock..."But"
Clock looks and chiming is nice. The problem is the Pendulum started hitting both sides of the cabinet and it is loud enough that you can hear it up and down the house! A disappointed reader in Rock Tavern, NY.
