⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ Great Screws for Quick and Easy Installation
I recently used the 4.2mm x 19mm Black Self-Drilling Screws for a DIY project, and they’ve been a reliable option for getting the job done. Here’s my review after using them for a few different tasks:Pros:Self-Drilling Feature: The self-drilling feature is a huge time-saver. I didn’t need to pre-drill any pilot holes—these screws go in smoothly and securely, making my project a lot easier.Sturdy and Durable: These screws feel solid and are built to last. They’re strong enough for most general-purpose tasks, and I didn’t have any issues with them stripping or breaking, even when tightening them into tough materials.Black Coating for Rust Resistance: The black finish looks great and provides some resistance to rust, which is ideal for outdoor or moisture-prone areas. It adds a bit of durability that I appreciate, especially for long-term use.Easy to Use: The screw heads fit perfectly with my screwdriver bit, making them easy to drive in without slipping or causing damage to the screw. I didn’t struggle with them at all.Good Quantity for the Price: You get a decent number of screws in the pack, making them a cost-effective option if you need to stock up for a variety of projects.Cons:Not the Best for Harder Materials: While these screws work great for wood and soft materials, they may struggle a bit when going into harder surfaces like metal or thick plastic. They still work, but it might take a little more effort.Sharp Points Can be Tricky in Some Situations: The sharp tip can sometimes catch on materials or be a bit difficult to start in thicker wood, though this is really just a minor issue if you’re careful.Might Not Hold Up for Heavy-Duty Use: These screws are good for general DIY projects, but for anything heavy-duty or construction-related, I’d suggest looking for a more robust option. They work great for everyday tasks but may not hold up in extreme conditions.Overall: The 4.2mm x 19mm Black Self-Drilling Screws are a solid choice for quick, DIY projects. They’re easy to use, durable, and perfect for wood or softer materials. While they might not be the best for tougher tasks or materials, they offer great value for the price, and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

Cheap
Very cheap. The heads very easily round off. But they'll do the job.

Good product
I needed to protect some old wood on a car port. I'd taken out the rotten wood, treated the rest, replaced some and used filler for the rest. I didn't want to use nails since I'm unsure how resilient the wood (and filler) would be to hammering nails, so bought these to attach strips of roofing felt to protect it further. Did a great job.
