Good tablet for beginners
I wish there was more option for sensitivity but it's a pretty good tablet for beginners and feels smooth enough for the price.

Very good entrey level drawing tablet
The media could not be loaded. This arrived very well packaged in a retail box and inside you get the Tablet, Pen with soft carry case, USB-A to USB-C Cable, Spare Nibs, Nibs removal tool and Instructions. You do need to install the driver and software from the VEIKK website, which I found easy enough to do. The software enables to you adjust the parameters of the pen and tablet and to also customise the function of the buttons. The tablet is very light and quite thin. It is not much thicker than the USB-C port on the left side. On the top there are 12 functions buttons, each of which can be independently set. On top of this, you can do this program specific. So, you could have one set-up for photoshop, another for illustrator, etc. The pen itself then has a couple of buttons, which can be programmed. As well as using the pen, you can use the mouse but not sure who would want to.As to the drawing area on the tablet, this measures 25cm x 15cm, which is relatively compact and does take some getting used to. Importantly, if you are using a dual screen set-up you will need to use the software to map it to one of those, otherwise the pen with be off centre on the tablet. This only takes a matter of seconds to do.Not being an artist myself, I cannot give this a pro review but then this is more for beginners anyway. I found it very easy to use and, as a left-hander, it was good to see in the settings you can choose a left-handed setting option, with the buttons on the right-hand side. The buttons have a nice positive feel to them when pushed.I did find a times that the line I was drawing was playing chase the curser at faster speeds. I have uploaded a video with this review, so you can judge for yourself. It is most probably not realistic to be drawing at that speed but is does show the limitations. The matt black finish does look quite smart and the metallic red VEIKK logo is a nice touch. At juts under £50, I personally think this is very good value for money and a great starter tablet. Being lightweight, it is ideal for travel purposes but I would suggest getting one of those neoprene cases to protect it.I hope you found this review & photos interesting, informative, and useful. Thanks for reading.NB. For a sizing guide, squares in photos are 1cm.

Great for the price
What you get for the price really is great. Perfect for a beginner. The tablet itself is a great size for travel; very thin, nice and lightweight, but it still feels well made. The active area is 10x6 inches, which is fine for pretty much all monitors, and the responsiveness is quite good for the price. More expensive tablets will obviously be more responsive, but they are going to be much more expensive and unless you are a pro you probably won't notice. The orientation can be flipped for the left-handed user, using the driver settings. The four rubber feet on the bottom do a great job of keeping it still on the desk. And, the shortcut buttons on the tablet are a handy feature and are fully customisable. It would be nice if there was a slight slope where the hand suits on the edge. It can get a little uncomfortable after a while. But, it's survivable. If you want to customise the settings the driver is very easy to install and get up and running. It's moderately user friendly. Unfortunately, it's a bit lacking in instructions for setting up individual settings for different programs. A step-by-step example for that would be helpful. The pen feels a bit plasticky and lightweight, but seems solid so far and it's nice that it doesn't require a battery. It has a good number of sensitivity levels, but it can still be a little jittery (depending on the program and the settings). If you are a pro that might be a problem, but it's not the end of the world for a beginner. The two side buttons can be customised to whatever you like, which is very useful. It would be nice if it had a rubberised grip, but it's actually not too bad without. The pen pouch is a nice touch. This thing also comes with a boatload of replacement nibs and a nib replacement tool. Big bonus. That, and an artist's glove. The glove is only just about stretchy enough for those of us with bigger hands, but for most people it will be fine. For the price, £55.99 at the time of this review, I think this is a great little package.
