Looks nicer than others that have bulky sides. It did came with 2 sets of (4) screws because the old ones will not fit. Wished they included theft-deterrent screws instead. NY license plates did not fit flush, had to flex the corners a bit. Material seems like a stiff foam, and not rubber. I'm just at ease now that there is some sort of protection when parking in the streets of NYC.
