Works as advertised
Works as advertised, doesn't sweat on you and can walk to work with temps in the 90s and it's still frozen when I get to work, and 8 hours later if I leave it on the counter by the AC, it's still mostly frozen 8 hrs later. If i put it in the fridge it stays frozen. Now they need to come up with a flat sheet design to go in lunch bags and boxes, to replace the soft cooler packs that stick in my shirt for my who to work.

Cooling neck tube is not bad
I'm so heat intolerant and cooling towels never last long enough on my walks. For best results, wrap wet cooling towel around frozen neck ring it seems to keep my face cooler that way. It has been so hot I got to put it to the test. It used without a towel it does not harm the skin. It will melt faster with out the towel. I think my best results were wrapping it with a wet cooling towel.Though, I had to use a thin cotton dish towel the other day without wetting it and it worked well. It did melt a bit faster than the when I used the cooling towel. It lasts me about 55 minutes out in 85 and above decree tempts so far. It freezes nice and quickly in the refrigerator and where I keep it overnight for bests results on my walks. I have frozen it in the freezer, but move it to the fridge. I've also used it inside in 105 heat index to cool down. It can be used on the forehead, but it slips a lot. I will likely get another as I thought I need two, but the addition of the towel helps cool more of my face and not just the neck.It only last 55 minutes, but so worth it for me.

Works more or less as promised
I got this to bring along when camping to have something to help cool down that does not require electricity.Pros:Takes up limited spaceDoes get cold quickly per the instructionsEasy to useReasonably comfortableLight-weight when coldCons:Can freeze completely solid if left in ice/cold water too long, and then it needs to melt a bit to be able to bend it to use as intendedDoesn’t necessarily last as long as claimed (though retains some cold for a while, and as mentioned, gets cold quickly)Overall, for the price, it wasn’t a bad buy. There might be a version that works better for a little more. If you’re looking for something to keep you AC-level cool for hours, something electric is still your best bet. Otherwise, for the price, this does the job.

Cooling Relief
I work in traffic safety so I'm outside in all weather for hours on end. These neck coolers saved me this past summer! Cooling is immediate and they aren't messy. I don't get soaked wearing them. I found that at the height of summer, they would last for at least 45 to an hour. I kept a cooler in my truck and just swapped them out when I could.

Nice for the dog days of summer in the South
UPDATE 7/21: I discovered it does not stay cold outside nearly as long on very humid days (welcome to the South). I would say MAYBE only an hour if weather is 90 and muggy, wearing under my collar at a picnic and NOT doing physical labor. But I am still happy to wear it, and it does re-freeze fast if you put it in ziplock with ice water. So for folks at home/work without AC, this may offer you needed relief!Just ordered a 2nd one, very pleased! Also recommended to my overheated friends in the NW, where most do not have AC for the rare broiling days. Yes, it seemed REALLY overpriced. But I was so glad to wear it outside in the South’s usual 90 degree summer. I don’t function well above 85 degrees, and this was so helpful, especially getting into the oven of my car. I wore it OUTSIDE my blouse and under the collar, as suggested by others to extend the cooling. It lasted @1.5 hours on the shaded porch.I suspect the high price is due to the re-freezing magic — 20 mins is all that’s required in the frig, or the ziplock plus ice water if you are at work. And no embarrassing wet area around your neck from condensation, although who really cares about that when you are melting.I wish it did stay frozen longer, but I am happy with whatever gets me out the door on extremely hot days!

Cooling Tube Leaked Oily Substance
I had used the tube 4-6 times since purchased, worked very good, comfortable to wear. BUT, after placing in freezer to get cold for use, I couldn't cut grass due to rain. Placed the tube back in the storage bag, for the next usage, the next day removed tube from bag, anf the tube had leaked an oily substance from the tube. Had to clean my counter and hands several times to remove the oil. Liked the product, but would not buy again, due to poor construction.

Cool
I have a heat sensitivity when hot and humid and this should be just enough for cooling on my neck.

Fast cooling relief
I usually use a cooling towel and thought I’d give this a try on my recent camping trip. It “freezes” in the fridge relatively fast and doesn’t burn you like ice would. It stays comfortably around my neck without slipping off or choking me.My only gripe is that I’d say it’s a stretch that this stays cool for up to 2 hours. Luckily, it doesn’t take long to refresh it, but you are limited to how you can get it gold again if you are outdoors away from a cooler or a fridge. Cold water works, but I’d rather preserve it for drinking.
