Do not buy this model - very poor quality couplers and bad design!
The coupler crumbled (literally!) within a couple of weeks of usage. We didn't realize it until the return window was over as we presumed that the problem was with the jar.We were quite happy with it's performance and ease of use while it worked! Within 2 weeks the grinder attachment stopped working - the blades would rotate freely when rotated manually but would not engage when connected to the base. The blender attachment continued to work (which actually made us think the problem was with the grinder attachment) for about another week or so before it too had the same problem. So, we assumed that it was the jars that were wearing out so fast. We thought of looking for a service centre or just buying a new jar for the mixer-grinder but the nearest service centre to us is 134 km away - in Chennai (we live in Pondicherry). We were not able to call the stores either - number not in service or when it rings no one picks up the phone.Incidentally, while attemptimg to use it once more, I started suspecting that the problem may be in the coupler of the base and tried to see if something of off with it. Lo and behold, white powdery flakes of plastic started coming of the coupler when I used my fingernail to try and clean it. I understood that the blades of the coupler which should lock on to the coupler in the jar had got crushed either by starting to spin while the jar was not yet fully locked or continuing to spin while the jars were being unlocked (more likely).So, only one star for the product (as I can't give a lower rating) - do not buy this model at all!!

It's your fault.you didn't change it
The media could not be loaded. I purchased it on 10 May.it was some defect ,l ordered for exchange.till now not exchanged.Now l want to return it.

Works well although not durable. Service system in place but very late response
The media could not be loaded. It worked weel for 3months and then it jammed. Raised a complaint got respons in 3days but issue was not solved for 3months. So I have to keep call and tracking. Nothing from there side to convey what is going on with the request. Basically we can not wait for 3month to solve the issue and we had to buy a new grinder. They should under stand that mixer grinder is basic need. Costumers can not wait for 3 months until the issue is solved.Now as they repaired the product and begged for 5stars. The machine is not starting only just after 15days of repair. Going through all process is painful.Raising Complaints, regular follow up and getting work done is painful. It is just lying on shelf occupying space.As I call customer care. They also are not responding now. They take complaint ask me to wait for 24working hrs for an executive to call and then nothing. No call, no service from wonderchef.Wonderchef is a fraud
