There is a warning on the box to be careful when cutting the strap as the dividers are under pressure from the spring. Boy, they mean it - that was some force! When I did this, two of the ends came flying off (luckily wasn't pointing at me or anything breakable). It turns out these two ends were already both cracked and couldn't handle the pressure. As it's an international delivery, I couldn't be bothered with return postage and I've superglued the ends back on so hopefully they won't completely crack away.The finish on some surfaces was a little off; not entirely covered with paint and some parts minor splintering away on the edge. The worst edge was one I placed on the bottom so not noticeable - photo of another edge tiny ding and strip not completely painted. The foam pads on both ends of one of the outermost dividers was a bit mauled by the strapping too.Overall, a little disappointed with the imperfections as this is meant to be a premium product, but they are looking great in my drawers and doing a fantastic job. They are the perfect height for my shallow drawers, as others I looked at were too tall.

Extensions were difficult to expand. Paint missing on wood dividers.

These dividers are exactly what I needed for my kitchen drawers. I have two huge drawers but I needed each of them to house different items. The dividers allowed me to keep things organized and tidy while still maintaining a clean and sleek appearance. I love that the dividers are wooden and not plastic, great quality.The other thing that I want to point out, that completely blew me away, is that I just received a personal letter from the owner/manufacturer of this product explaining that his business is a small, family owned business (based in my home state of GA) and that he is both a veteran and single father. He thanked me for my purchase and stated that if I wasn't completely satisfied to reach out so they could correct any issues. Who sends a THANK YOU note to customers for an Amazon purchase? That in itself knocked my socks off! Great product! Great company!

Let me start off by saying that if you are using these in a kitchen or office drawer that is not deep, these might work for you. However, I bought them for the measurements 17"-22" but non adjustable part was longer than dividers that I purchased from another company. For that reason, I could not use them the way I wanted to in my clothing drawers but had to go parallel to the drawer. Annoying but my fault for not doing my due diligence. Right away, I noticed that these are way too low for clothing. I think that saying they are for a bedroom and the pictures being in a clothing drawer is misleading. You can only fit one flat folded shirt and this is too short for the Marie Kondo method. But fine, I bought them, it was outside the purchase window, I'll make it work. The drawers are 22" wide, so still within the allowed dimensions however mine do not stay put, they constantly move. Yes, I did put the stoppers on the ends.I stupidly ordered two sets and was just about to recycle them as they have proved useless to me when I received a letter from the owner. In it he states that he will "personally find a solution for you" so I thought, okay, I'll email him and let him know my concerns. That honestly was the kicker to me because I wrote an email saying that I was not satisfied with the product and documented why. The email that I received back was just a mass email that thanked me for my email. Which prompted me to write this review (so take it with a grain of salt I guess).Maybe these would work in my kitchen or bathroom (although wouldn't match interior color). I'm not sure as I already have storage solutions for those. My advice to you if you're considering purchasing is to do ALL of the measurements!
