Buy LED Fog Lights Prior to Install!!!
Strong, & durable bumper! I've had it installed for over five years now and its holding up well! I recently decided to upgrade to an LED fog light and had to remove the entire bumper to access the fog lights. You will have to do the same if the OEM fog light bulb burns out, do yourself a favor and upgrade prior to installing this, I wish I did! You'll need a cut off wheel, and grinder for this install. Some grinding & cutting may be required! I had to trim two areas on my 2015 JK. There are also relocation brackets available to move the vacuum pump into the engine bay. May lead to added noise, but will make for an easy replacement if it becomes faulty.

LOVE this bumper, but a VERY tight fit for a Warn VR EVO 10-S winch
This was the first add-on to my 2015 JK two years ago and I have no regrets! When I bought mine, it was a great deal and, even after tax, was less than $350 with the stubby ends and striker.I also finally installed a Warn VR EVO 10-S winch today, and it was a VERY tight fit. In fact, I had to install the fairlead bolt from the inside because the winch wouldn't fit when fed from the outside (per instructions). After getting everything installed, I still don't think there's enough space to fit a winch cover, and the cords from the winch are making contact with the grill, and may eventually rub the paint away. Regardless, I still love the looks of this bumper and am thankful that Rugged Ridge made their gray logo plate removable with a couple of nuts.In order to install the bumper, I did have to relocate the water pump, but it came with the relocation bracket; an angle grinder is highly recommended to cut the old mount out of the way. I was able to install this by myself, and it's held up great with no rust.

Nice bumper.
Love it. It has a lot of weight to it, but still it can still be installed by someone that can deadlift 150-200 pounds, which should be anyone. The bolts lined up perfectly with the stock frame, and as I have a 2009, no vacuum pump adjustment was needed. I like the look quite a bit. Had to take off a point because the cost is really too high for what it is. But, I weighed this one against multiple others, and I'm not disappointed (except for cost).Sadly, I pinched the wiring harness for the fogs when I managed to lift this bad boy onto the frame for mounting, and so even though the lights are mounted, I screwed up and my lights don't work anymore. That's on me. There is no loss of review on the product because of my screw up. Just a reminder to people, be mindful of where the harness is hanging when you mount it up.Oh, and getting to some of the mounting bolts is awkward. I've heard that the whole project, from remove the stock to get this one on should take an hour. It definitely took me a few hours to do, but I do not have a shop, am using a reasonable set of wrenches and an impact driver. Some of the bolts are just in awkward spots, and cranking away is slow and tedious.

Easy Install. Looks Great.
I purchased this along with the Rugged Ridge 8,500Lb Winch with Steel Cable (15100.01), which I just finished reviewing. As I stated for the winch review, I'm not a mechanic. I don't claim to be one and most of the parts on a vehicle look like alien technology as far as I'm concerned. But the bumper came with excellent instructions. Since this was replacing a factory bumper on my Jeep, I could easily infer how to remove it just by looking at how this was installed. The entire installation process (with the winch) took less than three hours by myself. It probably would have taken less time if I would have committed my entire time to this. The old bumper came off after taking out the 12 bolts and then this was put on with 8 bolts to the frame, another 8 bolts for the D-rings, and then 8 screws for the fog lamps. Truly - I don't think it could have been made any easier and I think the bumper by itself could be installed in less than an hour.I really like how it looks on my Jeep, but be warned that this is a short bumper. It goes the entire width of the Jeep engine compartment but does not extend in front of the tires. If you want the bumper to extend the entire width of your Jeep, I'd recommend getting 11540.12 - which I'll do at some later time.As I stated in the winch review, I really like what Rugged Ridge has to offer and the prices are not eye-popping (on Amazon, that is). Any future upgrades and fixes to my Jeep will be made using Rugged Ridge parts. Their quality and attention to aesthetics has won me over.
